Governance processes

In 2009 IANSA underwent a comprehensive independent evaluation, funded by the UK DFID. Based on the recommendations from this evaluation and a process of consultation with members, culiminating in a Members’ Meeting on Strategy, Structure & Membership on 13-15 June 2010, a set of new governance documents were recommended to the board and approved in July 2010.

These documents are the basis of an ongoing restructuring process to change the way IANSA works, and in particular the ways in which members are involved in decision making in IANSA. They are available to download below:
