On 9 July the Control Arms campaign was presented at the Police Academy, with a showing of 'Bowling for Columbine' and a panel presentation and discussion. About 150 police officers and final year students took part.
Panelists included: Maria Cecilia Gortari (Sociedad Paraguaya de Criminología, IANSA), Michelle Breuer (AI Paraguay), Benancio Román (Asesor Jurídico de la Dirección de Material Bélico) and a police representative.
