Million Faces Petition in Ecuador on the week of action

During the Week of Action the Human Rights Centre in Guayaquil, Ecuador, collected photos for the Million Faces Petition at the main square. A brief description of the purpose of the petition was explained to people gathering in the square. In order to attract public attention the Human Rights Centre displayed a huge inflatable gun. A protest involving families of victims of human rights abuses by security forces was organised each Thursday outside the Court House. The event was also an occasion to promote the Control Arms Campaign.
