US: Ad warns tourists about Florida's new 'shoot first' law
http://www.shootfirstlaw.org/

This print advert, warning tourists about Florida's new gun law, is part of an awareness-raising campaign by the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence in the US.

In addition to the ad, flyers will be distributed at Miami Airport (Florida, US). Click here to view the flyer. (PDF)

In Florida, from 1 October 2005, it is legal to shoot somebody if you feel threatened. Previously the law had permitted shooting only as a last resort. The Brady Campaign is asking US citizens to join an online petition to stop this gun law from being adopted by other states. Click here to find out more.
